Ei reteta! Quinoa fiarta (eu pun si curcuma cand o fierb, de-aia e asa galbena) si la sfarsit invartita prin oala, sa iasa cat mai mult din umezeala din ea, amestecata cu oua batute, sare, piper, o priza de parf de copt sau bicarbonat, ceapa si usturoi tocate marunt s-apoi ce resturi se gasesc prin casa (eu am pus niste crudo, mazare, ardei gras, feta; merge broccoli, spanac sau alte frunze, resturi de friptura, dovlecel, ciuperci, rosii uscate, cascaval sau alte branzeturi etc). S-apoi dat la cuptor, la 180C, pana-i gata.

Chashu Miso cu glass noodles (adica o supa de miso si cu carne tocata in ea, cu glass noodles si diverse toppings)

Dar nu inteleg cum faci? Te gandesti intai la un meniu si apoi cumperi ingredientele sau te uiti prin casa si vezi ce ai ( adica cam orice  :hihi: ) si poc ideea?  :think:

Depinde de situatie. Vara primesc o gramada de la ai mei din gradina si tre' sa vad ce fac din produsele alea. In rest ma gandesc ce as avea chef sa mananc si se cumpara ingredientele. Cand ma duc la magazine speciale (asiatic, italian etc), ma gandesc bine ce-mi trebuie pe perioada urmatoare de-acolo. Magazinele astea sunt mai departe de mine si nu le vizitez des. Cu bucataria japoneza n-am prea avut treaba pana acum, dar mi-am luat acum ingrediente si voi face mai des. :D

Muschiulet de porc, piure de broccoli, un fel de salata din familia andivei facuta pe japoneza

Eu am facut o supa romaneasca de fasole verde  :hihi: si m-am ganbdit ca vom avea vreo 3-5 zile, dar dupa 2 zile mai avem cat sa gustam maine.  ranjet

Ah, in supa mai e ceapa verde, lastari amestecati, ou fiert si ghimbir "murat" (de-ala de care se mananca si la sushi).
