Am facut-o la cuptor, impanata cu usturoi (eu nu tai carnea sa bag usturoiul, o imping numai sub piele sau pe unde pot, fara sa fac taieturi), data cu ceva condiment la suprafata si in vasul in care am pus-o am turnat vin alb si supa. Si-am dat-o vreo 2-3 ore la 160 (am intors-o o data) si apoi la 180 pana a prins culoarea necesara. Gata, minim de treaba la ea. :D
Dintr-o parte de resturi am facut azi o salata calduta cu linte, avocado, ardei kapia si ceapa verde. Si ca dressing tahini.

Eu nu ma simt deloc imbuibata cu carne de la sarbatori :nustiu: De fapt porc nici n-am mancat si-n rest a fost totul in cantitati foarte ok.

Poza-i facuta fara blitz, e ceva mai deschisa la culoare decat dovlecoasa.
